Mastering cartwheels, backbends, handstand progressions, limbering and hand balancing

Standing backbend required. Working on mastering back and front walkovers, hand balancing and handstand progressions, working aerial drills

Required Technique Classes for Competition Team Dancers

Required for Competition Team dancers ages 9-16. Age as of September 1, 2023.

Team members must select one Technique Class for their schedule. Dancers must purchase two yoga blocks, adjustable ankle weights and a Theraband resistance band. PBT will also need a yoga ball. Please see class description for more details.
